The Bible is the inspired Word of God without error in the original writings. It is the product of holy men of old who spoke and wrote as they were inspired by the Holy Spirit. It is the complete revelation of His divine will for the salvation of men.
God
There is one God existing in three manifestations - the Father, Son, and the Holy Spirit (Phillipians 2:6; John 14:21-26).
Jesus Christ
Jesus Christ is the true, living God and was the true man, having been conceived of the Holy Spirit and born of the virgin Mary. He died on the cross for the salvation of mankind, the complete and final sacrifice for our sins. He then arose bodily from the dead and ascended into heaven, where at the right hand of God, He now is our High Priest and Intecessor.
The Holy Spirit
The Holy Spirit is to glorify Jesus Christ during this age. The Holy Spirit has come to convict men of sin, guide, instruct, transform the believing sinner and empower the believer for Godly living.
Man
Man was created in the image of God through Adam's transgression and fall, sin came into the world. Jesus Christ the Son of God, was manifested to undo the work of the devil and He gave His life and shed His blood to redeem and restore man back to God (Romans 5:12; Romans 3:10; 1 John 3:8)
Water Baptism
Baptism in water is by immersion. It is a commandment from our Lord and is for believers only. It is a symbol of the believer's identification with Christ and His death, burial, and resurrection (Matthew 28:19; Romans 6:4; Colossians 7:10; Acts 8:36-39).
Baptism in the Holy Spirit
The Holy Spirit is a gift from God. It is promised by the Lord Jesus Christ to those who are believers and is received subsequent to being born-again. This experience is accompanied by the evidence of speaking in other tongues as the Holy Spirit gives utterance (Matthew 3:11; John 14:16-17; Acts 1:8; Acts 2:38-39; Acts 19:1-7; Acts 2:4).
Salvation, Eternal Life and New Birth
The blood that was shed of Jesus Christ and His resurrection provide the only ground for justification and salvation for all who believe. Only those who receive Jesus Christ by faith are born of the Holy Spirit and this new birth is available to all mankind. He is born again. His spirit becomes alive to God.
Sanctification
No man can see God without holiness. We believe in the doctrine of sanctification as a definite work of grace that occurs at the time of regeneration and continues until the consumation of salvation.
Eternal State of Hell
A person who (physically) dies in his sins without Christ is eternally lost in the lake of fire. He has no opportunity of hearing the Gospel for repentance. The term "eternal" used in the description of the punishment of the damned in the lake of fire carry the same meaning of an endless existence. The lake of fire is real (Hebrews 9:27; Revelation 19:20; Revelation 20:15).
The Return of Jesus Christ
The assured return of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ is our hope. When He comes, "the dead in Christ shall rise first, then we which are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds to meet the Lord in the air"(1 Thessalonians 4:26- ). He shall return to earth (after the Tribulation) as King of Kings and Lord of Lords; and together with His saints, who shall be kings and priests, He shall reign a thousand years (Revelation 19:16; Revelation 20:6).
A Statement of Our Beliefs
We believe in one true God who in three persons, are in being; the Father, the Son Jesus Christ, and the Holy Spirit. We believe in one God who is eternal in His existence, Truine in His manifestation, being both Father, Son and Holy Ghost in that He is Sovereign and Absolute in His authority.
We believe in the Bible as the divinely inspired Word of God, in it's entirety, it is the sole authority for all matters of Christian belief and practice. The Bible is the true infallible Word of God.
We believe the blood of Jesus Christ atones for our sins and iniquity. It is through the blood that we are saved, healed and set free from bondage and the forces of darkness. He suffered, died was buried, and rose from the dead for our total salvation. Jesus Christ, His diety, humanity, virgin birth, sinlessness, death and bodily resurrection will personally and visibly return again to earth.(Luke 3:21-22, Phil 2:5-11; Romans 5:9-11, Ephesians 1:7; Revelation 12:11)
We believe that every believer must have a personal relationship with Jesus Christ for without Him we can do nothing. We are to each, exhort and admonish believers in the ways of God(1John 1:14; 2 Tim 3:36-17; 1 John 2:5-6).
We believe we must learn His ways and exchange our ways of thinking and living for His. We believe that we are to wash and renew our minds daily by the Word of God. We believe that Jesus Christ is the Way, the Truth, and the Life. No one comes to the Father except through Him, (John 3:36; John 3:31-32; John 14:6).
We believe that believers should be water baptized by immersion for the circumcision in our hearts. It is through baptism that we identify with the death, burial and resurrection of Jesus Christ. We believe that all believers should partake of the communion elements which represent the Lord Jesus' body and blood. It is by participating in the Lord's Supper that we proclaim His death until His return.(Romans 6:36; Colossians 2:11-14; John 6:53-58; 1 Corinthians 11:23-30)
We believe in the Holy Spirit who is God indwelling within, empowering the believer. We believe that in Godly living, the believer, should pursue a holy life. (John 14:17, 14:26; Hebrew 12:14; Phillipians 3:14)
We believe in the Baptism of the Holy Spirit with the sign of speaking in other tongues and the evidence of the Holy Spirit's indwelling presence, for it is a changed life. We believe in the manifestation of the gifts of the Holy Spirit. He ministers to His people through tongues, interpretation of tongues, prophecy, words of knowledge and wisdom, discerning of spirits, faith, working in miracles, and healing. (Acts 2:4; Acts 5:16; Ephesians 5:18-21; Mark 16:15-18; 2 Corinthians 12:1-11)
We believe it is God's will to heal and deliver His people today as He did in the days of the first Apostles. It is by the stripes of Jesus that we are healed, delivered and made whole (Luke 10:19; 2 Corinthians 10:4-5; 1 Peter 2:24)
We believe in worshipping the Lord in spirit, song, dance and truth. We believe that we are to praise and worship Him with our whole being. (Psalms 150:1-6; John 4:24)
